For a challenge at [info]tvrealm we were supposed to collect at least 50 different things (icons, graphics, fanfics, fanvids, etc.) about one tv-related subject. Some of the things I got from this very comm (especially fanfics), but most of them I got from somewhere else, so I hope you'll find some things that you enjoy and haven't seen before. :D The post is here, at my lj.

I had a fic on my mind and can't remember where i found it or what the name was. really all i remember was that kaylee thought she was going to die and had written a handbook or instruction manual for serenity. i hope its ok to post this here and i hope someone can knows what the name of this fic is.

Hello, I just wanted to let everyone know that there is a new Firefly/Serenity challenge community open. It is co-modereated by myself & [info]an_ardent_rain. We welcome all ships, romantic, non-romantic, canon, & fanon. It is completely up to the author. The commuinty is called [info]2by2fics- meaning two characters & two prompt tables (10 prompts each.) We have a wide varity of tables to choose from including themed & song prompts. If you are interested please read the rules before joining & have fun!!

Hope this is okay to post!

Wanted to let you all know about my [info]malswomenfest lj fanfiction festival writing community. Its based on the following pairings; Mal/Inara, Mal/Zoe, Mal/Kaylee, Mal/Nandi, Mal/River, Mal/Saffron. Basically, there is a prompt suggestion time period, a claiming time period, a writing time period and then a posting period. Then, the unused prompts are "recycled" and used again with whatever new ones are suggested for the next round with some time in between for some great fic. As you can see its based on Mal and the main women of the Firefly show and Serenity movie. Hope to see you there!
